All our physiotherapists are trained to degree level and are Chartered and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
Julie trained at Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy and qualified in 1991. She obtained a Post Graduate Certificate In Manipulation from Sheffield Hallam University in 1999. She has worked across several NHS Trusts including Pinderfields, Pontefract and Hull.
Her special interest is in back pain and she has worked closely with a spinal surgeon for several years gaining invaluable experience.
Jo trained at Bradford School of Physiotherapy and qualified in 1994. She has obtained vast experience working within the NHS across several Trusts for 16 years. Her specialisms include the use of Acupuncture for pain relief.
She is an active member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and is the clinical lead for Acupuncture treatment.
Judith trained at Glasgow Caledonian University and qualified in 2002. She worked in the NHS at the Mid Yorkshire trust and has specialised in the MSK field for over 10 years. Her particular area of interest is Rheumatology.
Emma joined us in 2013 after graduating in 2011 from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc Hons Degree in Physiotherapy. Prior to this she had completed a BSc Degree in Exercise, Sport and Coaching Science at Manchester Metropolitan University. This strong sporting background contributes to her area of interest in Rehabilitation. Emma has also gained valuable experience within the NHS in paediatrics, Spinal Injuries and Orthopaedics.
The smooth running of our clinic is largely down to our wonderful reception staff! Alison will usually deal with your initial enquiry and book an appointment at a time to suit you. She will provide you with all the information you will need before your first visit and greet you on arrival at the clinic. She is the link between you and your insurance company/solicitor and manages all billing/payment transactions.
